Key responsibilities: Provide leadership, develop a strategic plan for the Corporation, promote revenue generation, profitability and growth as an organization. Leads the consulting team in the provision of owner’s agency services for the development of complex data management and business intelligence systems (real-time data monitoring, integrated facility management systems, occupancy management solutions, etc.). Develops algorithms and oversees programming of custom solutions, particularly focused on BIM/Revit/AutoCAD Map integrations with back-end databases.

Professional Affiliations: Member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASCE); Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Has acted as President in the management of private, for profit, and non-profit organizations, and has extensive experience in developing complex data management systems for large corporate clients. Over 20 years experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skilled in examining and value engineering operations and procedures. Demonstrated ability to develop financial plans, analyze and interpret financial and technical data, and manage resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build corporate partnerships and relationships. Expert in Standards-based analyses including BOMA/ANSI Z65.1 Rentable Area analyses.
